Welcome to Word Warz: Royale ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Word Warz: Royale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Word Warz: Royale. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may play as a guest or link your account via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you send, including chat messages and your display name.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that violates Section 3 is not permitted in Word Warz: Royale under any circumstances.
We use an automated filter that screens display names and chat messages for offensive language, and we review every report we receive from players. We aim to review reports and act on them within 24 hours.
Where we find a violation, we may remove content, restrict your access to chat, remove you from a game, or suspend or permanently terminate your account. We may do so without prior notice, and a single serious violation is enough — we do not require a pattern of behavior before acting.
If another player behaves abusively, you can report them from within the game. Filing a report saves a record of the recent messages that player sent in your room so that we can review what happened. You can also block a player at any time, which prevents you from seeing their messages.
You may also contact us directly at the email address in Section 13. Please do not file knowingly false reports; doing so is itself a violation of these Terms.
All content in Word Warz: Royale — including game design, graphics, sounds, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Game progress, statistics, ELO ratings, and achievements are stored on our servers. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost. Guest progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the app.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Word Warz: Royale at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other players or the service. Depending on the severity of the violation, this may include removing you from a game, restricting your access to chat, temporarily suspending your account, or permanently banning you from the service.
A ban may be applied to your account and to the device or devices associated with it. Creating a new account to evade a suspension or ban is itself a violation of these Terms.
If you believe we have acted in error, you may appeal by contacting us at the email address in Section 13.
Word Warz: Royale is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
